Abrar Al-Heeti is a writer, video host and producer at CNET who's obsessed with all things tech, culture and, perhaps most notably, Taylor Swift. She spends copious amounts of time on TikTok, which she justifies as "research" for her job. After earning her bachelor's and master's degrees in journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, she made the move to San Francisco and can't imagine living through a Midwest winter again. Her favorite coverage areas are mobile news, internet culture and digital accessibility, and she's thrilled at the opportunity to discuss that and more on Tech News Weekly.
